In Lusaka I was part of a delegation there from my country for a study tour to learn how company and business registration was simplified and digitized by the Government of Zambia through PACRA. It was a fascinating experience first meeting with senior officials and having a presentation from them and then visiting PACRA office to see the process. Amazed to experience hospitality of the head of the PACRA and his staff and there were eagerness to help us to learn from them.
It's hell no, no where to sit when on the que, several counters and two people working or attending to customers and among those two people one is just moving around gossiping and disturbing other workers and very very slow actually extremely slow attending to one customer per 40 minutes the thing of just giving you a number. Eish I also fainted online standing, when they attend to one or two people ati no network it has gone just like that it took several hours just to get the invoice number so that I should. Total useless no customer services

Phone numbers at Pacra go unanswered to the public. Long cues and no one readily available to guide you where you are supposed to go or who to sit with.

I got quick service. Parking was a little tricky ast it is not well designed.
They need to improve on the system for payments to reduce the queues. The cashiers kept leaving their desk every now and then while the queue was building up. Otherwise thier online system is ok so far
The service was pathetic. For two days I went there to just to have a computer printout and I was ignored. I ended up calling someone in Kasama to do it for me and he sent a pdf of the same and I submitted it within hours of processing in Kasama.
